Housing Solutions Council seeks to develop, vet and collaborate with reputable developers to build quality multi-family rental housing that is attainable for members of our workforce in the Low Income (51% to 80% AMI or Annual Income of $34,425 to $54,000) to Moderate Income (81% to 120% AMI or Annual Household Income of $54,675 to $81,000) levels.

We seek P3s, Public Private Partnerships. We work with cities and counties to put surplus land to good use for hardworking members of our community in a Geographic Area of Opportunity – near schools, work and healthcare. When the city and county work together with Housing Solutions Council we are able to provide solutions for housing to meet the growing demand, creating a healthier economy.
